Yacht Rental Rules & Regulations

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all guests, please review the following policies before your charter.

Reservation & Payment

  • All advertised prices represent the required deposit to reserve your yacht. The remaining balance is due before or at boarding, as specified in your booking confirmation.

  • Reservations are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.

Arrival Time

  • All guests must arrive 30–45 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.

  • Failure to arrive on time may result in a shortened charter without refund.

Valid Identification

  • Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID before boarding.

  • Guests may be denied boarding if proper identification cannot be provided.

Dock Location

  • The exact marina and docking location will be provided 48–72 hours prior to your scheduled charter date.

Late Return Fees

  • Charters that exceed the scheduled return time will incur a $120 late fee for every 30 minutes beyond the agreed charter end time.

  • Additional late fees continue to accrue every 30-minute interval until the yacht is returned.

Food & Beverages

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.

  • Please dispose of trash properly and help keep the yacht clean throughout the charter.

Alcohol & Marijuana Policy

  • Alcohol is permitted for guests who are 21 years of age or older.

  • Marijuana is allowed

  • Any other illegal drugs or controlled substances are strictly prohibited.

  • The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately without refund if prohibited substances are found or used onboard.

Guest Capacity

  • Yachts 68 feet and larger can accommodate up to 25 guests.

  • The first 13 guests are included.

  • Each additional guest after 13 will be charged $100 per person, subject to the yacht's maximum capacity.

Jet Ski Rentals

  • Jet skis are available for $150 per hour, per jet ski.

  • Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to weather and operational conditions.

Life Jackets

  • Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available in limited quantities.

  • Guests are encouraged to bring their own properly fitting life jackets, especially for children, to ensure availability and comfort.

Captain's Authority

  • The licensed captain has full authority over the vessel and all passengers.

  • Any guest acting in an unsafe, reckless, or disorderly manner may be removed from the charter without refund.

Damages

  • The booking party is financially responsible for any excessive damage, missing equipment, or destruction caused by members of their group.

Weather Policy

  • Charters operate in light rain and normal weather conditions.

  • If severe weather makes the charter unsafe, your reservation may be rescheduled at management's discretion.

Safety

  • No jumping from the yacht while the vessel is moving.

  • No climbing on railings, roofs, or restricted areas.

  • Follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.

Personal Belongings

  • Wesley Exotic Rentals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Cleaning & Excessive Mess

  • Normal cleanup is included.

  • Excessive trash, stains, vomiting, smoking damage, or biohazard cleanup may result in additional cleaning charges.

Cancellations

  • Charter schedules are reserved exclusively for your party.

  • Deposits are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your booking agreement.

    Charter Inspection & Additional Fees

    Upon completion of your charter, Wesley Exotic Rentals provides a complimentary 30-minute inspection period to allow our staff to thoroughly inspect the yacht, equipment, and amenities for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements.

    If no issues are found, no additional charges will apply.

    Should the inspection reveal damages, missing property, excessive cleaning, late return fees, fuel-related charges (if applicable), or any other costs resulting from violations of the charter agreement, the booking party will be financially responsible for all applicable fees. These charges may be billed to the payment method on file or collected through another approved payment method.

    By booking with Wesley Exotic Rentals, the booking party acknowledges and agrees to this inspection process and accepts responsibility for any verified additional charges incurred during the charter.

Agreement

By submitting a reservation deposit and boarding the yacht, the booking party acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all rules, regulations, and safety policies established by Wesley Exotic Rentals.

Wesley Exotic Rentals reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate any charter without refund if these policies are violated or if the safety of the vessel, crew, or guests is compromised.
